Family law in Ukraine regulates personal relations between the members of the same family and corresponding property relations. These laws regulate terms and conditions of Celebration of marriage, dissolution of marriages as well as property relations between the spouses, parents and children, including other relatives. In addition to this family law regulates adoption procedures as well as annulment.

Family relations arise as a result of entering marriage, birth and or other relation. The most wide-spread issues related to family law include dissolution of marriage, prenuptial agreements and family disputes related to inheritance.
