Protection of intellectual property

Intellectual property, either it’s a trademark or a mark, or a patented invention is the best way to individualize the company, it requires a great deal of investment in advertising, brand creation, thus representing a huge interest for competitors. Objects of intellectual property are no longer simple objects for investments and contributions; they have become the objects, requiring a continuous legal support.

As of today the legal base on protection of the intellectual property has already been established in Ukraine, most of the international and CIS treaties have been ratified.
