Trade marks

Today, in chase after the consumer the number of manufacturers and products variety increase substantially, which forces the companies to use trademarks and logos for the purpose of individualization of their products.

Trademarks represent a single or several markings on the products or packaging in order to associate consumers with the product. These marks sometimes substitute the real name of the product; besides this the trade mark would serve as a quality mark and an indispensable element of advertising.

Registration of a trade mark allows the owner using it in any way and preventing others from its illegal use. A trademark registered with customs authorities will prevent copyrights from misuse and abuse of well developed brands. Compensation will be defined based on the court decision on the violation of copyrights.
